Ball Bearings
Versatile bearing type suitable for high-speed applications with radial and axial loads in both directions.
Our Deep Groove Ball Bearings are designed for high speed and precision applications requiring excellent axial and radial load capacity. They feature low friction and high rotational accuracy, making them ideal for electric motors, pumps, and various industrial machinery.
Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type, suitable for electric motors, pumps, household appliances, power tools, automotive alternators, conveyor idlers, and fans. They handle moderate radial and axial loads in both directions at high rotational speeds up to 17,000 RPM.
ANDE deep groove ball bearings reach limiting speeds up to 17,000 RPM depending on bore size, lubrication, and seal configuration. Open bearings achieve the highest speeds; shielded (ZZ) designs reduce the limit by approximately 10–15%, and contact seal (2RS) versions by 20–30%.
Shielded (ZZ) bearings use non-contact metal shields that allow higher speeds but offer moderate contamination protection. Sealed (2RS) bearings have rubber contact seals providing superior dust and moisture exclusion but slightly lower speed limits and higher friction. Choose ZZ for clean high-speed environments, 2RS for dusty or wet conditions.
C3 clearance is greater than normal (CN) clearance. Use C3 when thermal expansion is expected (motors, high-temperature applications), when interference fit is used on the shaft, or when the bearing operates with a temperature differential between inner and outer rings. Normal clearance is suitable for most standard applications at ambient temperature.
Yes. Deep groove ball bearings can support axial loads up to approximately 50% of the unused radial load capacity, in both directions simultaneously. For applications with dominant axial loads exceeding this, consider angular contact or thrust ball bearings instead.

Designed for combined loads where high axial forces must be transferred in addition to radial forces, featuring a defined contact angle for optimal load distribution.

Double-row ball bearings with a spherical outer ring raceway that allows self-alignment, ideal for applications with shaft misalignment or deflection.

Bearings consisting of two bearing discs with raceways, developed solely for absorbing axial forces in one direction for precise shaft axial positioning.

Single-row bearings capable of supporting axial loads in both directions, ideal for rolling mill and heavy machinery applications.
