Roller Bearings
Compact bearings with very long, thin rolling elements providing high radial load capacity in minimal radial space, ideal for space-constrained applications.
Needle Roller Bearings are a special type of cylindrical roller bearing containing very long, thin rolling elements known as needle rollers. The ratio of diameter to length is between 1:3 and 1:10. Needle roller bearings have a high load rating relative to their cross-section and are only suitable for radial forces. If space is a constraint, needle bearings can be an excellent solution due to their compact radial envelope. ANDE needle roller bearings are available in drawn cup, machined ring, and combined configurations for automotive, textile, and general industrial applications.
Choose needle roller bearings when radial space is limited but you still need high radial load capacity. Their compact cross-section makes them ideal for applications where a standard cylindrical roller bearing would be too large. However, needle bearings are only suitable for radial loads and cannot handle axial forces.
ANDE offers drawn cup needle roller bearings (with thin stamped outer ring), machined ring needle roller bearings (with precision-ground rings), and cage-and-roller assemblies (without rings, running directly on hardened shafts). The choice depends on your application's space, load, and precision requirements.

Designed to handle combined radial and axial loads with tapered raceways for heavy-duty applications.

Self-aligning double-row bearings with barrel-shaped rollers for heavy radial loads, shock resistance, and up to 2° misalignment compensation in mining, steel, and energy applications.

High radial load capacity bearings using line contact between rollers and raceways for optimised stress distribution in industrial machinery.
