Ball Bearings
Double-row ball bearings with a spherical outer ring raceway that allows self-alignment, ideal for applications with shaft misalignment or deflection.
Self-Aligning Ball Bearings comprise a double row of balls guided by a cage and a double-row inner ring raceway, with the special feature of a continuous spherical outer ring raceway. This allows the inner ring and ball complement to swivel within the outer ring, enabling a degree of self-alignment in the application. This type of bearing is recommended when problems arise with the alignment of the shaft and the housing (misalignment) and the shaft could deflect. ANDE self-aligning ball bearings are primarily suitable for absorbing radial forces and are manufactured from premium chrome steel with precision-ground raceways for reliable performance in textile machinery, agricultural equipment, and general industrial applications.
ANDE self-aligning ball bearings can accommodate static misalignment of up to 2.5° and dynamic misalignment of up to 1.5°, depending on the bearing size and load conditions. This makes them ideal for applications where perfect shaft-housing alignment is difficult to achieve.
Self-aligning ball bearings are primarily designed for radial loads and can handle only light axial loads. For applications requiring significant axial load capacity with self-alignment, consider self-aligning (spherical) roller bearings instead.

Versatile bearing type suitable for high-speed applications with radial and axial loads in both directions.

Designed for combined loads where high axial forces must be transferred in addition to radial forces, featuring a defined contact angle for optimal load distribution.

Bearings consisting of two bearing discs with raceways, developed solely for absorbing axial forces in one direction for precise shaft axial positioning.

Single-row bearings capable of supporting axial loads in both directions, ideal for rolling mill and heavy machinery applications.
