Orders & Transaction Terms

Website inquiries are not formal orders. Orders are established after both parties confirm specs, pricing, quantity, delivery, and payment terms.

Payment Methods

  • Wire transfer (T/T)
  • Letter of credit (L/C)
  • Western Union

Standard terms: 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of B/L. Prices exclude bank charges.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times start from order confirmation and deposit receipt.

Lead Times

  • Standard products: 2–4 weeks
  • Non-standard / large orders: 4–8 weeks

Trade Terms

  • FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, EXW

Packaging

Anti-rust paper + VCI film + reinforced cartons or wooden cases, suitable for ocean freight.

Delays from force majeure (natural disasters, regulations, logistics disruptions) are not considered breach of contract.

Quality Assurance & Claims

All products undergo strict quality control. Every shipment includes a Certificate of Conformity.

Claims Process

  • Notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt
  • Provide defect description and photo evidence
  • After verification: replacement, supplementary shipment, or credit adjustment

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Damage from improper installation
  • Operation beyond rated conditions
  • Product modification
  • Normal wear and tear

Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos, code, etc.) is protected by Chinese and international IP laws.

  • Commercial use requires prior written permission
  • Personal reference downloads are permitted with copyright notices retained

Limitation of Liability
