What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by bearing type and size. For standard catalog items, typical MOQ is 50-100 pieces. For non-standard or customized bearings, please contact our sales team for specific quantities.
What are your standard lead times?
Standard catalog bearings: 2-4 weeks from order confirmation. Non-standard or large-quantity orders: 4-8 weeks. Express delivery can be arranged for urgent requirements.
Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
Yes. We offer custom branding, specific packaging, and bearing modifications including non-standard dimensions, special materials, coatings, and clearance configurations.
What certifications do your bearings carry?
Our manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Products conform to ISO, JIS, ABEC, and DIN dimensional and tolerance standards. We provide Certificates of Conformity with every shipment.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and Western Union. Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of B/L.
How is the bearing quality compared to known brands?
Our bearings are manufactured from the same grade of bearing steel (GCr15/AISI 52100) used by major international brands. We follow the same ISO dimensional and tolerance standards.
Can you provide bearing samples?
Yes. We provide samples for testing and evaluation. Standard catalog items can typically ship within 5-7 business days. Sample costs are usually applied to the first production order.
What export packaging do you use?
Bearings are individually wrapped with anti-rust paper and VCI film, then packed in industrial cartons or wooden cases suitable for ocean freight. Custom packaging available.
